Overview
Our Contact Center Client's operations were grown rapidly as a result of the establishment of an outsourcing program consisting of English speaking Customer Service, American/ UK and Canadian Help Desk/ Call Center as a means of meeting staffing requirements that were hard to achieve at their headquarters.
The Client's call center was based in Europe. The time zone discrepancy between Europe and the US and Canada posed a significant problem for the Client from a logistical standpoint in terms of staffing and operations. (US and Canada normal day time business hours occur during the European night time hours)
