Mark Briggs, Chairman and CEO
Mark R. Briggs, has been Premier’s Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since October, 2003. Prior to Premier BPO, Inc., from 1997 to 2003, Mr. Briggs was the Chief Executive Officer of ClientLogic, Inc. (now known as Sitel Worldwide, the world’s largest call center company), a $450 million BPO company in the customer care and fulfillment market with 13,000 employees, 42 facilities, and operations in 12 countries. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Briggs was the Chief Executive Officer of Intelligent Electronics, Inc.’s reseller division, a $4 billion PC distributor, and from 1988 to 1990 was the Chief Financial Officer and later the Chief Operating Officer of Ingram Micro and predecessor Ingram companies.

Jeff Michel, President and COO
Jeff Michel, has been Premier’s President and Chief Operating Officer since October 2003. Prior to Premier BPO, Inc., from 2000 to 2003, Mr. Michel was the Chief Information Officer, and then Chief Operating Officer, of ClientLogic, Inc. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Michel was the Chief Information Officer, and then the Chief Operating Officer, of Alliance Data Systems, an $800 million BPO company in the private label credit card and merchant bank card business. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Michel was the Chief Information Officer and later the Chief Operating Officer of Electronic Payment Service (Mac Network), one of the largest ATM networks in the United States. Finally, from 1970 to 1993, Mr. Michel was engaged in various positions with the JC Penney Company and Sears, including the President of JC Penney Telemarketing, a 12,000 person – 16 site call center network.

Patrick Sullivan, Senior Vice President, Operations
Prior to Premier BPO, Pat was Senior Solution Delivery Officer at ClientLogic, overseeing 8 of the 16 North American call centers. He was also responsible for site selection and facility build outs, new client implementations, the global network operations center, workforce management and telephony. Other experience includes:
- Vice President of Call Center Operations for the following companies -OfficeMax, Alliance Data Systems, and JCPenney Company
- Director of JCPenney Call Center in Nashville, oversaw a 425 position, 1,250 person call center
- Controller of the JCPenney Telemarketing Division

Steven M. Kawalick, CFO
Steven M. Kawalick, has been Premier’s Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer since January 2005. Prior to Premier BPO, Inc., from April 1998 to December 2003, Mr. Kawalick was the General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer-International Operations at ClientLogic, Inc. From September 1993 to January 1998, Mr. Kawalick was Corporate Counsel, Assistant Secretary, and General Counsel at Intelligent Electronics, Inc.

Omar Saeed, Director
Omar founded Ovex Technologies, a 300-person BPO company in 2003. Omar has an undergraduate degree from Brown University where he graduated magna cum laude and has an MBA from Harvard Business School. Other experience includes:
- Currently Director of the Service Group, one of Pakistan's largest industrial conglomerates
- Formerly ran Service Sales Corporation and grew its business from $25m to $40m in three years
- Has worked for two Silicon Valley companies; was an early stage employee at Homewarehouse.com which was acquired by Walmart
- Worked for a supply chain company that was founded by McKinsey and Co

Shiraz Chaudhry, Business Development Manager
Prior to joining Premier BPO, Inc., Mr. Chaudry was the Manager Business Development at Ovex Technologies, the largest third party offshore BPO and Information Technology Solutions provider and the second largest exporter of IT services in Pakistan.
- Mr. Chaudry is a founding member of The Resource Group, a 4,000 employee company based in Washington, D.C. with additional offices in Sao Paulo, Brazil; Montreal and Toronto, Canada; Pasig City, Philippines; and Bristol, United Kingdom. He was CEO and Founder, Totelecom, one of the first call center operations to be established in Lahore, Pakistan and was previously Project Head (Offshore), Cognizo Technologies, a Minneapolis, MN based Recruiting & Placement company primary focus is in the Open Source technologies (such as Linux, PHP, MySQL, Ruby, etc.)

N. Reese Bagwell, Executive Vice President, Administration
- Prior to joining Premier BPO, Inc., N. Reese Bagwell was employed by ClientLogic, Inc. (now Sitel) in the Legal Department. Mr. Bagwell was previously Senior Founding Partner as a trial lawyer with The Bagwell Law Firm. While in private practice, Mr. Bagwell, who obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, was a life member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers where he served as President and was admitted to the bars of the State of Tennessee, the United States District Court and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Bagwell has been Executive Vice President, Administration for Premier since the inception of the company in 2003.
