The British Philippine Outsourcing Council was formed in 2009 to promote The Philippines as an outsourcing destination to British business. Membership is open to all companies with a UK base who either operate outsourcing services in The Philippines, outsource work to The Philippines or provide advisory services to the outsourcing or buyer communities.

The American Teleservices Association (ATA) is the only non-profit trade organization dedicated exclusively to the advancement of companies that utilize contact centers as an integral channel of operations. ATA members include companies with inbound or outbound contact centers, users of Teleservices, trainers, consultants, and equipment suppliers who initiate, facilitate, and generate telephone, Internet, and e-mail sales, service, and support. Founded in 1983, the American Teleservices Association (ATA) represents more than 4,000 contact centers that account for over 1.8 million professionals worldwide. Contact centers offer traditional and interactive services that support the e-commerce revolution, provide specialized customer service for Fortune 500 companies, and generate annual sales of more than $900 billion.



A non-profit, member-led trade association, the Healthcare Billing & Management Association (HBMA) represents more than 600 third-party medical billing firms. Founded in 1993, HBMA fosters personal development, advocates on the behalf of the medical billing profession and promotes cooperation through a wide range of business resources, educational events, networking opportunities, certification programs and enforcement of the Medical Biller's Code of Ethics.
