  • 36% of employers blamed stress-related burnout

  • 35% said family care responsibilities were too overwhelming

  • 33% said employees chose to leave for a greater work-life balance

  • 29% believe they want increased benefits/perks

  • 22% said due to retirement

  • Vaccine mandates only made the cut by 12% among respondents.
