We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team for the purpose of helping scale our business through acquisitions, mergers, and partnerships. We are looking for an individual with experience in acquisitions financed through debt, equity, and alternative arrangements.

The gamut of scenarios and experiences that we prefer spans:

  • Investment banking sector expertise
  • mergers & acquisitions,
  • capital raising and other strategic financings to corporate,
  • divestitures, financial restructurings,
  • underwriting, distributing equity, debt, and derivative securities.

The financial analyst is an active member of the deal team, gaining exposure to the entire deal process from origination and due diligence through deal structuring and post-investment portfolio management. Ideal candidates will display pro-active and strong initiative, have a mature and dedicated work ethic, and a high level of discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Extensive financial modeling of Pro-forma cash flows and investment return analyses
  • Evaluate potential transactions and perform detailed financial and business due diligence
  • Participate in structuring and raising equity and debt financing for acquisitions
  • Preparation of comprehensive investment summary memorandums and presentations
  • Research and summarize trends
  • Produce investor reports
  • Assume other related responsibilities and special projects as required

Qualifications

  • Consistent track record of high achievement, both professionally and academically
  • 1-3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, corporate development, and/or management consulting
  • Strong proficiency with financial modeling and analysis
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with polished Excel and PowerPoint abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Entrepreneurial-minded and results-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to operate at high speed and manage high pressure
