Premier BPO Inc. is looking for a Mobile Device Management Level 2 Support Engineer in Eastwood, Quezon City.
Job description
The role focuses on managing application deployment running on an Android OS device using the Mobile Device Management tool. This is a hands-on position where your daily activities will include Android administration, deployment planning, automation, and root cause analysis. The work involves close collaboration and partnership with vendors.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Implementing and troubleshooting Workspace One MDM for Android and other supported operating devices.
- Offering excellent second-tier knowledge and support to first-tier technical support analysts during escalations.
- Coordinate problem evaluation and troubleshooting efforts with other staff.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and explain technical concepts to all stakeholders.
- Ability to write documents, SOPs and update the existing procedures.
- Be the focal point of contact for users, level 1 engineers, service desk, and vendors for related inquiries/issues.
- Work closely with internal developers and vendors to resolve application issues ensuring quick turnaround time for service recovery.
- Provide support for remote and mobile connectivity technologies
- Perform the required deployments and software configurations.
- Provide support for integration of MDM solutions in client’s environment, provide test support and defect resolution, and support production rollout project activities.
- Deploy weekly app releases and patches for different regions
- Provide deployment support for public and internal mobile applications into the AirWatch application catalog.
- Liaison with the Client’s business units and AirWatch consultants for installations, deployments and troubleshooting of new AirWatch releases and also evaluate new OS mobile device releases for Android, IOS and Windows.
- Research and resolve tickets for the end user regarding mobile device issues.
Requirements/Experience:
- Bachelor’s / College Degree
- VMWare MDM AirWatch Professional Certification preferred / minimum two years of relevant work experience with mobile devices management.
- Good Microsoft Office 365 background and reporting tools.
- Knowledgeable in managing iOS and Android devices.
- Excellent teamwork, time-management and organizational skills.
- On-call and available to independently monitor requests after-hours/weekends.
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary and assigned by the customer and management
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
