We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Content Writer to join our team at Premier BPO, an American BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company. As a Senior Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content primarily targeting B2B  audiences. Your exceptional writing skills and B2B writing experience will play a key role in producing high-quality content that aligns with our company’s objectives and resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies to support B2B marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Create well-researched, informative, and engaging content for various formats and channels, including
    websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and other marketing collaterals.
  • Craft compelling headlines, taglines, and informational content that grabs attention and drives engagement.
  • Write persuasive and informative content that effectively communicates our company’s value proposition
    and services.
  • Stay updated on BPO industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance B2B content
    writing and effectiveness.
  • Conduct on-going research on industry trends, target audience, and competitors to ensure content
    relevance and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates and cross-functional colleagues to design, develop, and ensure
    content meets business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and style consistency.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and incorporate relevant keywords for improved visibility
    and organic traffic.
  • Provide content development best practices and guidance to other team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years B2B writing experience, with a minimum of 2 years direct
    experience in targeting businesses in the USA. Prior BPO experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of B2B writing principles and ability to tailor content for
    executive-level business audiences.
  • Proficient in conducting in-depth research, utilizing AI resources (e.g., ChatGPT), and
    synthesizing information from multiple sources.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword optimization techniques.
  • Experience using content management systems (CMS) and other content creation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A portfolio of previous work demonstrating exceptional B2B content writing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
