Jon is the President of the Insurance Division of Premier BPO. He is also the Owner of Jon Hamilton & Co., a call center consultancy, specializing in insurance. During Jon’s 43-year career, he has run Operations and Client Services for several companies, including Colonial Penn, Y&R, SafeCard Services, ICT Group and TCIM Services. As a consultant, he has worked with companies like Prudential, SBLI USA, Affinion, The Hartford and several others.
Over the course of his seventeen-year career in online direct marketing, Kevin has helped some of the most successful financial services companies in America develop effective internet-based direct marketing programs. As the leader of the Digital Solutions team at RPM, Kevin works with many of the leaders in online insurance marketing today to craft innovative marketing programs for clients including MassMutual, Prudential Financial, Aetna, MetLife, Amica, Good2Go and Mapfre Auto Insurance.
Joyce is a 30-year veteran of insurance marketing in the Philadelphia area. Currently Senior Vice President Direct Markets at Chubb, Joyce has also lead successful direct marketing programs for Harte Hanks (DiMark), Marsh Affinity, Direct Response Media, Kemper Direct, Providian and Aegon. Joyce has been actively involved in the Philadelphia Direct Marketing Association for many years and was recently honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award for her considerable contributions.
Susan is currently Senior Director of Marketing at Aetna. She is a results-driven, innovative Marketing Professional with over 16 years of experience in leading the design, development and implementation of insurance and financial services marketing strategy and programs designed to maximize results. She has also worked and managed marketing programs for UnitedHealthcare and Vanguard.
Courtney leads the digital marketing and web analytics initiatives for Aon Affinity’s insurance marketing. She is responsible for maximizing ROI through digital marketing campaign development, implementation and measurement. Courtney merges traditional digital strategies with new digital tactics to create integrated campaigns that generate revenue across many Aon Affinity businesses. She combines an agency background with a history of managing digital campaigns across various industries to provide a unique perspective on the challenges of digital marketing in the insurance sector.
