As to what any other company wants to achieve in their organization, Premier BPO, Inc. worked hard to realize and appreciate what works for the company. We, the employees, were part of the process in achieving that goal. The reason why this organization is driven is because of the culture it instilled during its first few years in existence. The company recognized the qualities and the behavior of the employees. Filipinos are fun-loving, respectful, shy and obedient by nature. They also have strong familial ties and a strong sense of pride. These are the qualities that were cultivated in the organization thus enabling it to turn into a competitive, world class outsourcing company.
Premier BPO, Inc. formed the organization in the most adaptive approach. The needs of the employees and the clients are considered and were given the utmost attention. With the focus on flexibility to adjust to the changing needs of the clients and the industry as a whole, the company managed to bring about an environment where ideas and discussions are welcomed to create and generate the output above par to what is expected.
With the numerous outsourcing companies in the Philippines, big and small, each have its own personality. This, in turn, is easily identifiable in the employees and in the output that they offer and provide. Some have rigid and inflexible standards and some are non-conformists. This is where our company drew the line from everyone else. We understood that to be able to commit in providing and offering the best is to start within. We made the working culture within the company an open engagement to everyone. It is a company where ideas are valued, shared and maximized. Organic culture works in Premier BPO, Inc., and that what makes it a fun, exciting and enjoyable place to work in.
Chermaine B. Muro
Chermaine Muro is the General Manager for the Philippines and was holding the position of Finance and Administration Manager when she started with Premier BPO Inc in 2011. She is also the Corporate Secretary handling corporate and legal administration. Chermaine earned her degree in Accounting and started her financial career doing implementation projects to various Philippine government agencies for privately run financial institutions. She has 10 years experience working in the BPO industry from Operations to Support.
