His past experiences include working for QSR, telecommunications, language education, media production, and BPO industries. He leads the organization’s HR programs and policies as they apply to employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and recruitment.

Alvin is one of the Senior Managers for Operations in the Philippines. Prior to his career in Premier BPO LLC, he served as the Department Head for Sales in the durable medical equipment industry. Alvin brings with him over 10 years of leadership experience in various outsourcing and offshoring lines of businesses, ranging from sales, customer service, and healthcare.

Don has been with Premier BPO LLC Philippines since 2010, and has handled accounts such as inbound technical support, data back office, outbound sales, and music licensing.Prior to joining Premier BPO LLC, he handled inbound telco accounts and pharmaceutical campaigns. He was a Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Officer before he found home in the BPO industry. He received his bachelor’s degree in 2002, and he is a licensed pharmacist.

Ricardo Trivino, Jr. is the IT Manager. He has long been with the BPO industry before settling in Premier BPO LLC in 2016. His previous experience was with Concentrix, where he served the company for 12 years. He held various roles for technical campaigns.

Victor Asidao has been with Premier BPO LLC Philippines since 2017 as a Senior Manager for Operations. He started in the BPO industry in 2001, and his past experiences include holding various leadership roles for operations with eTelecare Global Solutions (now part of Convergys) and Accenture.

Vivian Ni joined Premier BPO LLC in 2009 right after she earned her bachelor’s degree and has been working for the company for nine years now. Vivian developed her career with Premier BPO LLC and currently serves as Assistant Director of Operations. She is very accomplished in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry and her expertise include client relationship, operational management, contact center, project management, and campaign launching.

Rebecca Yu is an Assistant Manager of Operations and came aboard Premier BPO LLC in 2011. She traces her beginning with the company as an agent after graduating from college. With a high sense of responsibility, excellent performance at work, and great management skill, she was promoted as a Supervisor in 2014, and then to Assistant Manager in 2017.

Augus Ding is Premier BPO LLC’s Center Technical Support. He obtained his Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification and has been with company for six years now. Prior to Premier BPO LLC, August worked for Bayer China as a Chief Coordinator for Apple suppliers, providing technical support.

Mars Hong has been a valuable support to our day-to-day operations, exhibiting competence in real estate, office planning, construction/renovation, purchasing, electrical/mechanical, hotel/travel management, company policies, and government laws.
