Sharlene Gomez is the Client Services and Business Development Manager. She joined Premier BPO in 2015 as the Business Process Implementation and Compliance Manager. After which she became the Associate Operations Director for the PH site before moving to the global team. Prior to joining Premier BPO, she had extensive exposure in the telecommunications, shared services, and outsourcing industry. She brings into the team her knowledge in workforce, operations, project and process management.
