Senior Leadership Team
Ali joins Premier as the CEO with a blended background in technology and HR solutions.
Ali started his career in product management and then ecommerce. Later, as the senior vice president at a$1B dollar IT solutions provider, he oversaw the go-to-market across the U.S. He then served as the chief marketing officer at a business-to-business technology company that competed against Microsoft and Amazon Web Services and was later acquired. He was recruited by ADP (Automatic Data Processing, Inc, NYSE: ADP), the largest global HR-technology and services provider, to help transform North American go-to-market across 5 business units. Prior to joining Premier, he was the global head of enterprise experience for Indeed, the world's largest recruiting platform and sister company to Glassdoor. At Premier BPO, his role is to help develop the career of its professionals and to help the company become a seamless extension of its client’s business processes. Ali graduated UCLA with a Bachelors in Economics and obtained his MBA from the Marshall Business School at the University of Southern California (USC).
Atif is the Director IT at Premier BPO since 2005 he has previously held the positions of Manager IT
at Premier BPO and Manager IT at Ovex Technologies.
David Shapiro is Premier BPO’s Chief Operating Officer. As COO he is responsible for global delivery
of high quality back office operations as well growing new and existing client relationships.Prior to joining Premier, he held numerous senior level positions in the BPO industry including the following: President of HKT (formerly PCCW) Teleservices where he was responsible for a global Business Process Outsourcing organization with centers in the U.S., Latin America and the Philippines President & Founder of Source One Communications, a BPO/Call Center with locations in six countries. SVP, Sales & Marketing of Minacs, a $280 million BPO with operations in Canada, the US and Europe . Chief Sales Officer with Dialog Marketing, a Contact Center outsourcer with operations in the US and Panama. Global experience includes developing/building operations in the US, Canada, The Philippines, South Africa, Australia, China, Costa Rica, Panama and the UK .
Head of Finance and Administration
M Nabeel Pervaiz is the Head of Finance and Administration at Premier BPO. He is a member
of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a Fellow member of the Association ofChartered Certified Accountants (UK) and a PWC Alumni. He has an extensive experience of leading the finance departments of various organizations, where he helped contribute to the expansion, growth, and establishment of internal controls according to global best practices. In addition, he is also a certified specialist in best practices of corporate governance from Wharton Business School.
Vice President Operations – Asia
Sam Hooper is Premier BPO’s General Manager of Asia Pacific, joined Premier in 2004. He
was educated in the USA and has broad international management experience, which includes Logistics and Inventory Management with Furniture Expo in Dallas, Texas, and Customer Support and Contact Center Management experience with Telvista in Dallas, TX.
General Manager Operations
Kevin Anderson is Premier BPO’s General Manager of Operations and has been with the outsourcing
industry since 2002. Prior to joining Premier BPO, Kevin was Director of Operations at Ovex Technologies. He has been with Premier BPO since 2004 and he has led the Operations management team in planning, developing and executing different procedures and strategies, running recruitment drives, designing and delivering general call center and client specific trainings.
Director Support Services
Sean Archer is the Director Support Services for PremierBPO. Prior to that, he served as Assistant Director
of Operations at PremierBPO where he utilized his diverse skillset to drive strategic initiatives and delivered exceptional results. Sean has more than a decade experience in Voice Operations, services related to contact centers, B2C Sales & lead generation along with Data Analysis. With a proven track record of success, he is poised to lead his team towards continued growth and success in the dynamic field of Support Services.
Head of Technology Practices
Talha Kamran is a seasoned leader in operations management, now serving as the Head of Technology
Practices at Premier BPO. The go-to expert for client technology implementation, he will ensure the successful delivery of services and projects to clients. Previously having served as Director Operations and Site Director at Premier BPO Philippines, Talha played a pivotal role in setting up Premier BPO center in China. With expertise in back-office operations and process automation services, he has extensive experience in various domains including contact centers, logistics, billing, forex trading, software development, and data processing services.
Head of Strategy
Muhammad Usman Malik is the Head of Strategy at Premier BPO, bringing over a decade of diverse
experience in different fields including Aerospace, B2B Sales, Brand Management, Channel Development, Activations, and Corporate Strategy. With a strong educational background, including engineering in Aerospace, BSc (Hon) in Economics and Mathematics and an MBA from Pakistans renowned business school, LUMS, Usman has developed a unique skill set to drive company’s success. His responsibilities at Premier BPO encompass Mergers and Acquisitions, New Vertical Development, Market Expansion, Channel Development, Business Development & Growth, and fostering a culture deeply rooted in strong values of Premier BPO..
Senior Manager Operations
Adil Ibrahim is serving as Senior Manger Operations and since 2005 he is working with Premier BPO,
where he is responsible for operations, performance and results. Adil Ibrahim has 17 years of operational leadership experience with BPO industry. Has worked with 12+ US Clients and now managing teams of 160+ employees. Clients onboarding, implementation and ensuring that all teams are performing well in order to meet clients’ objectives.
Senior Site Manager
Leo is an accomplished operations leader with nearly 16 years of experience in the BPO industry.
He has excelled in various leadership roles, driving exceptional performance and fostering a culture of excellence. Leo's expertise lies in Leading Operations and driving Quality, he has consistently implemented strategies to optimize operational efficiency and ensure outstanding service delivery.
With a vast background in handling diverse campaigns such as telco, retention, sales, and finance, Leo possesses a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape, making him a valuable asset to the organization. Leo has a degree in Psychology.
Sr. Site Manager
Victor started in Premier BPO as a Sr. Manager for Operations in 2017. He has been in the outsourcing
industry since 2001. As the Sr. Site Manager, he oversees call center programs to ensure overall service delivery. With a strong background in customer service, he understands the importance of building strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. He also fosters a collaborative and teamwork-oriented environment within the organization, being accountable for inter-departmental as well as external affairs. His passion for excellence, coupled with a deep understanding of the industry, has been pivotal in solidifying our position as a trusted partner for our clients and affiliates.Victor graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of the Philippines. Before joining Premier BPO, he held leadership roles with eTelecare Global Solutions and Accenture Philippines directing various voice campaigns in the customer service, sales, tech support, and financial services space.
Assistant Director Operations
Vivian Ni joined Premier BPO in 2009 right after she earned her bachelor’s degree and has been working
for the company for nine years now. Vivian developed her career with Premier BPO and currently serves as Assistant Director ofOperations. She is very accomplished in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry and her expertise include client relationship, operational management, contact center, project management, and campaign launching.

Ken joined Premier BPO as Director of Business Development, responsible for revenue growth
across our key global service solutions. A native of New York City, Ken brings extensive sales and strategic lead generation experience. He’s held senior business development roles for notable Inbound and Outbound US contact center solution providers. A trusted advisor, he’s established and maintained numerous new client relationships in our target industry sectors including Consumer Products, Healthcare, Insurance, and Financial Services. In addition to the US, Ken has successfully recruited new businesses, serviced in international contact centers including Canada, the Philippines, India, and Costa Rica. A well-respected professional, Ken is a great addition to our team.
Business Development Manager
Michelle Pretty is Premier BPO’s Director of Outsourcing Solutions and Strategic Account Manager.
She is responsible for establishing new relationships and delivering high quality call center and back-office solutions. With 15 years of experience in the BPO space, she’s revolutionizing how brands create remarkable experiences along the customer journey. Michelle started her career at Dialogue Marketing, a contact center in Troy, MI as a licensed insurance representative. Since her journey started, she has been extensively involved in sales and marketing, hiring, and training agents and managers, product design and development to assist in the growth and success of her clients.

Head of Partnership Relation
Sheraz is leading the initative to create, strengthen and harness partnerships as a channel.
To enhance Premier BPOs position in the marketplace leading to more exposure to prospect opportunities and increasing revenue. He was a Founding Member of The Resource Group, one of the largest offshore-controlled BPO companies in the world. Before joining Premier BPO, Sheraz was serving as Pakistan End to End Leader for Consumer Insights and Innovation at Nielsen.
Sheryll Lin Lai
Sheryll is a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in BPO industry, excelling in
managing Solutions Architect, Implementations, Operations, and Training & Quality. As a Senior Manager of Solutions Architect, she has overseen multiple successful projects and driven continuous improvement initiatives. With a bachelors degree in Information Technology and PMP certification, Sheryll blends technical expertise with project management skills. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and team growth, fostering a supportive environment. Adaptable and forward-thinking, she stays at the forefront of industry best practices, consistently delivering outstanding results and contributing to organizational success.
