Mark R. Briggs is Premier BPO, Inc.’s Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. He has held this position since the founding of the company in October, 2003. Prior to founding Premier he was the CEO of ClientLogic, Inc. (now known as Sitel Worldwide), Intelligent Electronics, Inc. Reseller Division, and the Chief Financial Officer of Ingram Micro Inc.
Chief Finance Officer
Steven M. Kawalick has held the role of Premier BPO, Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer since January, 2005. Prior to his roles at Premier BPO, Inc., Steve was the General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer for International Operations at ClientLogic, Inc., and General Counsel at Intelligent Electronics, Inc.
Shafiq U. Rahman
Director – Digital Marketing
Shafiq Rahman is Premier BPO, Inc.’s Digital Marketing Director. Shafiq has held several senior management positions in banking, including CEO of a Citibank subsidiary, Regional Sales Head for Payment Product for North Asia, Global Head of Electronic Trade Products at Standard Chartered Bank, Head of Product Management at ABN Amro, and Regional Head of Trade Products at JP Morgan. He has extensive international experience and has lived and worked in eight countries.
Pat Sullivan is currently the Head of Operations and Service Delivery for Premier BPO, Inc. Prior to joining Premier BPO, Pat held several senior positions in operations at ClientLogic, Office Max, Alliance Data Systems, and JC Penney.
N. Reese Bagwell
Director of Sales
N. Reese Bagwell is Premier BPO’s Director of Sales and has served in various capacities since participating in the founding of Premier BPO in 2003. He has served in the legal division of ClientLogic, Inc. (now Sitel Worldwide). He obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in 1980. Reese was Sr. Founding Partner of The Bagwell Law Firm and practiced civil and criminal trial for almost 20 years.
Senior Director Global Business Solutions
Bard has over 30 years of experience building top line growth in the global BPO industry. His previous experience includes senior level positions with Teletech, SITEL, Willow Virtual Solutions, VXI Global, and Vertex Business Services. He has also served as Managing Director and Founder of Allegiance Solutions Group, a global customer engagement and Omni channel consulting company.
Director Cloud Services
Mark Millar is presently working as the Director of Cloud Services at dinCloud. With this role Mark is responsible for leading, and supervising dinCloud’s entire virtualization management, development, support, and customer engagement processes and infrastructure. As a member of the executive body, he not only strategizes to formulate and determine the quarterly goals and objectives of the organization, but also guides the R&D, Customer Solutions (Engineering/NOC), Customer Support, and Customer Success teams towards the achievement of the said goals.
Prior to this, Mark served as the Manager of the R&D at dinCloud, where he overlooked the development of various cloud applications for both, desktop and mobile platforms. The role additionally demanded the defining of a technology road map, with the effective management of projects, for the efficient delivery of high quality business initiatives.
Before joining dinCloud, Mark coordinated multi-departmental and multi-technology projects utilizing onshore and off-shore technical resources at En Pointe Technologies as the Manager of the E-Business & Service Desk. He prioritized the project implementation and development pipeline, and corresponded with fortune 500 customers on E-Commerce integrations with AccessPointe & SAP, a $40+ million investment project.
Through his experience, Mark has developed an outstanding ability to understand business requirements and effectively architect, plan, and implement corporate computing systems, that are consistent with the enterprise mission.
