We are seeking for a Timesheet Analyst to join our team. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • 5-to-6-year experience HR Time Sheet/ Payroll
  • Excellent English both spoken and written
  • Working knowledge of client VMS systems and HRIS systems
  • Strong sense of urgency, the ability to multitask and high-level customer service experience
  • Sensitivity to confidential information
  • Self-starter who shows solid initiative and ability to work independently with little direction while exercising good judgement
  • Fast – paced; deadline driven environment – can be long hours on projects when needed – general expectations is 40 to 45 hrs. per week
  • Very high-performance expectations environment with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail needed

Requirement:

  • Utilize multiple and varied tools to process timesheet & expenses
  • Support internal & external customers with timesheet and expense related issues
  • Perform regular audits of timesheet and expenses items for various legal or client driven compliances
  • Partner with internal & external clients to improve and grow process to meet ever changing needs and requirements
