About Us:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to spearhead our social media initiatives and drive exponential growth in social leads, followers, and overall engagement metrics.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and improve overall MQLs
  2. Manage social media campaigns across all channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
  3. Create and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and appeals to our target audience
  4. Monitor social media trends, competitor and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy
  5. Analyze the performance of our social media campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure our social media efforts are aligned with our overall goals
  7. Stay up to date with the latest social media tools and platforms, and incorporate them into our strategy as appropriate
  8. Generate thought leadership posts highlighting overall brand values
  9. Identify growth opportunities and set goals to meet defined KPI’s
  10. Plan, schedule, and manage monthly social calendars and themes

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on paid ads, integrations
  3. Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Strong organizational and time-management skills
