About Us:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to spearhead our social media initiatives and drive exponential growth in social leads, followers, and overall engagement metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and improve overall MQLs
- Manage social media campaigns across all channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
- Create and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and appeals to our target audience
- Monitor social media trends, competitor and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy
- Analyze the performance of our social media campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure our social media efforts are aligned with our overall goals
- Stay up to date with the latest social media tools and platforms, and incorporate them into our strategy as appropriate
- Generate thought leadership posts highlighting overall brand values
- Identify growth opportunities and set goals to meet defined KPI’s
- Plan, schedule, and manage monthly social calendars and themes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on paid ads, integrations
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
