About Us:

Premier BPO, LLC is a dynamic and innovative company known for its excellence in outsourcing services. We are looking for a Marketing Support Executive to join our team and assist in events management and award submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Management: Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, including building year-round event calendar, logistics, vendor management, and on-site support. Ensuring digital apps/portals are updated timely, coordinating with Sales and Business Development teams for events.
  2. Award Submissions: Assist in identifying appropriate awards, maintaining timelines, and submission of award entries; ensuring deadlines.
  3. Marketing Materials: Assist in emailing, coordinating, printing, shipping, and distribution of marketing materials, both print and digital.
  4. Liaison across teams: Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings across teams, sending follow-up emails, maintaining databases, and preparing reports.
  5. • Deal with multiple internal POCs, understand their requirements, and relay back to the Marketing department to execute.

Requirements

  1. Higher education in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Administrative or any other related field.
  2. Minimum of one year of experience in events management with US audiences with awareness of conferences and expo’s, or ability to learn quickly
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  4. Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines Willingness to learn and adapt quickly if not aware.
