We are seeking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and carry out outbound calls and emails, LinkedIn messages to build relationships to develop opportunities for new business within targeted audience to achieve the agreed target and KPIs
  • Present solutions and services to prospects as required, via phone, email, and conference calls
  • Carrying out market research to identify pain points for prospects reach out
  • Effectively operate and maintain a working knowledge of the CRM system for all aspects of customer contact, reporting, and sales pipeline management
  • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
  • Interact daily with management and peers to achieve targets/goals; actively participate as a member of a team by adhering to the team’s expectations and guidelines, fulfilling team responsibilities, and demonstrating a personal commitment to quality and the team.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field
  • 3+ years in similar role
  • Experience with CRM Software
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior
  • Ability to prioritize task
  • Ability to sell value and create credibility
  • Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Good command on Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Familiar with Social Media platforms
  • Strong problem solving & decision-making skills
  • Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads
