He was educated in the USA and has broad international management experience, which includes Logistics and Inventory Management with Furniture Expo in Dallas, Texas, and Customer Support and Contact Center Management experience with Telvista in Dallas, TX.
Kevin Anderson
General Manager Operations
Kevin Anderson is Premier BPO LLC’s General Manager of Operations and has been with the outsourcing industry since 2002. Prior to joining Premier BPO LLC, Kevin was Director of Operations at Ovex Technologies. He has been with Premier BPO LLC since 2004 and he has led the Operations management team in planning, developing and executing different procedures and strategies, running recruitment drives, designing and delivering general call center and client specific trainings.
Talha Kamran
Director Operations Philippines
Talha Kamran is the Director Operations and the Site Director at Premier BPO Philippines. Prior to that he served as Director of Operations at Premier BPO center in China where he wasengaged in setup and later leading the outsourcing operations. He has more than a decade experience in back office operations and process automations services related to contact centers, logistics, billing, forex trading, software development, and data processing services.

Director IT
Atif is the Director IT at Premier BPO LLC since 2005 he has previously held the positions of Manager IT at Premier BPO and Manager IT at Ovex Technologies.
Abid Samad
General Manager Administration
Abid Samad is the General Manager of Administration and has been in the outsourcing industry since 2001. He held various positions in offshore operations for Align Technologies and with En Pointe Technologies. He has been with Premier BPO LLC. since 2005 and has led the Project Management Team in establishing operations in and China. Early in his career, he worked in banking, manufacturing and the public sector. He holds an MBA from Western Michigan University.
Vivian Ni
Assistant Director of Operations
Vivian Ni joined Premier BPO LLC in 2009 right after she earned her bachelor’s degree and has been working for the company for nine years now. Vivian developed her career with Premier BPO LLC and currently serves as Assistant Director of Operations. She is very accomplished in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry and her expertise include client relationship, operational management, contact center, project management, and campaign launching.
