Abstract
A global, well known, agricultural machinery provider brand required cost-effective NOR services. Premier BPO provided a one-stop solution abridging clients, suppliers, personnel, and prospects under one platform. Maintaining the defined SLA’s, we streamlined all their day-to-day processes. Shifting to offshore models and utilizing SAP tools, Premier BPO created a quick response system flow that yielded immediate results. Our personnel handled Customized Purchase Request Contracts, commodity codes, Change Notice Documents, system support, Vendor Tooling, and much more. Ensuring timelines were met, we processed over 13,500 requests per month for our client, as of 2020. Our seamless performance allowed the client to upscale rapidly and for us to maintain a deep-rooted and steadfast relationship from the past 11 years.
