According to the latest BLS report, From Feb 2020 to Jan 2022, 1.1 million women left the workforce, accounting for 63% of jobs losses from the labor force participation rate.

While there was a gain in female employment in Jan 2022; it would have to be ten-fold more to cover the loss since Feb 2020.
